Fwa! Gargoyles fanart! When I saw this show as a kid I was like "omg, this is the greatest thing I have ever seen o_o" And it was the whole reason I started drawing. So here's Demona with the Pheonix Gate. I don't really remember what the pheonix gate looked like when it was in use, so I improvised a bit...

Done in OpenCanvas1.1, aftereffects in Photoshop. This was the first time I ever used the blender tool and I don't think I ever will again. It's a little too smooth for my tastes...

Before I read your description I thought "Hey that looks like Demona" then I saw your description and saw it was Demona lol
